I'm not sure what you mean? Quota doesn't really have anything to do with this other than the bug in question that Dan is working on fixing currently requires manually intervention when somebody fills up their quota and causes replication to fail. Or do you mean that manual intervention itself? The failover is separate from backups, we also have backups which this quota issue does not break. The only issue I think you can mean is if a user fills their quota, replication breaks, and the master happens to fail before we fix the issue and then the failover box isn't serving the most recent copy of the users data?
