Just to chip in, given Matthew's observation. I've had problems in the
past with councils making a mess of items I've reported which turned
out to be caused by them looking at the description of the location
(and not going through to the map). A mistake by them, yes, but also
an easily understandable mistake I think. I now often therefore type
in the location so that I know for sure at least part of the
information going to a council.

So I'd also find a change along the lines suggested very useful,
