I scraped all the MP contact details on scraperwiki at https://scraperwiki.com/scrapers/mp-contact-details-from-parliamentuk/
But it looks as though the database has become a bit polluted (with obsolete records?) so you might be better off pulling the data from the copy made by a former colleague of mine at https://scraperwiki.com/scrapers/mp_contact_details_from_parliamentuk/ (I don't know where mySociety gets its data from. I did this before I started working for mySociety.)
