Goveval, which provides some councillor data to MySociety, also has
up-to-date constituency addresses, phone numbers and other contact details
for each MP if you do need them. [Disclosure: I am a director of Goveval]

This data is regularly checked and updated manually by our researchers, so
it generally should not be out of date. and is available to licence on a
commercial basis (there are reduced rates for charities and we can make it
available to you as a web service). If you are interested please drop an
email to [email protected].

However, it sounds like the consensus is to write to them at the House of
Commons so this may not be needed.
