I think that 38degrees and other ... ahem .... similar groups work mainly
by email, but that may have shifted.

I had correspondence with several MEPs during one of their campaigns, the
systems were simply spamming all of it, and the MEPs were contemptuous.

I think you would get a hearing at first, and whether you are basically
respecting the democratic process - ie people using your stuff to lobby
appropriate MEPs or you supplying useful info, rather than attempting to
swamp it, will determine the reaction.

You can always count how many times you are mentioned in Points of Order
:-)/.
