Why not just write to:

[MP Name]
House of Commons
London

I was under the impression that groups like 38 degrees sent
correspondence to
MPs' constituency address. Do you have any view on which address has
potential
for more impact / likelihood of being read?

I doubt it makes any difference, and I suspect a lot of mail is read by
assistants anyway so that letters can be sorted into groups (e.g. if an
MP gets lots of letters about one issue, they might want to read them
all in one go). If an MP is going to ignore/filter out your mail,
they'll do so regardless of where it is sent.

Also, I'm not sure how large your 'pack' is, but an address with a
dedicated post room seems a better place than a constituency address
which might just have one or two volunteers.

Should also add that the constituency addresses might be out of date, and you have no way of verifying them. The House of Commons address on the other hand is verifiable and unlikely to change.
