I agree, and hence the pun. personally i kind of like third-party, with optional sublayers like 'modules' applications'. allthough i didn't vote so maybe i have no right to add to this discussion.
ANyone may add to teh discusison. In fact, I think that teh ones who should particularly add to it are the ones we are trying to cater for - teh suers that want to share their code. (Hmmm. "shared" might also be an option)
btw. got your monitor working yet?
I totally muckle dup soem of the driver modules. I had to turn them all off and switch back to vesa. The result is is worse now than it was before I got a new monitor. Most stupid thing ever to order a monitor for a Unix environment and then get one with Windows-only drivers.
