FYI - RAV simply moves qmail-queue to qmail-queue.orig (without
alteration to qmail-queue in any way) then simply creates a link:
qmail-queue -> /usr/local/rav8/bin/qmail-queue
To remove RAV you simply rpm -e which among other things removes the link
and returns qmail-queue.orig to qmail-queue.
Very elegant and simple.
