I strongly disagree with this. While I understand your motivation,
the intent of templates-custom, as I understand it, is that files in
there won't be touched by upgrades/RPMs. That said, I don't know how
to do it better--there's no provision that I know of (which doesn't
say much, as I don't know much about it) in the blade mechanism to
display a warning screen, warning the admin to clean out those files
or move them somewhere else.
