I would really like it to be ../winprofile which would be under the user's Unix home directory, but not visible from Windows (which can only see ~user/home). I don't know how Windows will cope with that. Hmm, ~user/winprofile -> ../winprofile might just work...Samba can tell Windows to use "winprofile", but the actual files will be stored out of the user's reach. Anyone able to experiment?
