Sure. We're more than happy to consider Postfix and we'll be really happy when someone does the work to replicate the current server features under Postfix. We don't have the need to change, but if someone put in the work required, we'd certainly consider switching. The only issue we have had with qmail is the SMTP frontend - qmail has been incredibly stable (still at version 1.03 a few years on). As I've stated before, Postfix was not available (in a stable, released form) when we chose qmail, or it would definitely have been an option.
