Some continuing ideas...

- we should build our own Free/busy contrib

For a global .pst idea (albeit untested solution)

- to permit backups, all Outlook users may elect to store their
 .pst file here: $HOME/home/outlook/$user.pst
- in addition, give everyone a $HOME/home/outlook/global.pst file
- in a cron.daily script rsync a master global.pst to all user global.pst
- create a workstation accessible global-update.bat file to update
  on demand

This solves any sharing issues with the global.pst file as everyone has
their own personal synced copy. Of course the global.pst should not store
any mail and be reduced to simply offer a global Contact and Calendar. The
master global.pst would be administered by one master user only.

As we continue to use standard .pst files, these files may be locally
copied/archived/imported/exported to desktops/notebooks using standard
built-in Outlook functions. (This would be necessary for offline usage
only).

5. Caldera Volution

All are not suited for SME. These all work best behind and SME
firewall/gateway.
