Windows networking of the "network neighbourhood" kind depends on broadcast traffic from the master browser on the network. I'm guessing this system isnt broadcasting traffic across the VPN.
I'm not 100% sure, but modifying the subnet mask on the windows machine might work. The easy way is to edit the lmhosts file on one of the remote windows machines - I dont remember the specifics, but the file (lmhosts or lmhosts.sam) includes some examples. > I have two E-Smith machines at different locations.
