I know we're supposed to stay on topic, but I just wanted to let
everybody know my fix.

It had to deal with setting the WINS server on the "client" network of
the VPN. The "client" server set to use the "server" e-smith box as the
WINS server. But, I wasn't even using the "server" SME box as the WINS
server because a router was DHCPing the Ips not the SME box. So after
setting the SME box as the WINS server everything worked, I could now
see both networks in Network neighborhood.

I would like to thank everybody, especially Garret Acott with Ruff Dogs,
for helping me out on this issue.
