Huh? gnome-disks sets options in /etc/fstab which is hardly possible as
normal user - and if you need to be root you can just as well edit udev
rules.

And it does not have any way to set defaults and I definitely do not
want to keep every USB stick I ever happened to plug in in /etc/fstab
for mount options.
