Then it probably should be 5028.
~From build 5015-5020, insert were broken (you could insert but it was SLOOOOOOWWW
~From build 5021 to 5023, nodes were SYN flooding each other (causing havoc)
Not much broke after 5024 to 5028.
FCP is broken on stable builds from 5021 on (including 5028). However if FCP is on localhost, it seems to be much less of a problem.
So the minimum version would have to be 5024, and if you're using 5024, why not use 5028?
