Indeed it is but it is the most stable unstable in many months. :) I recommend it be made stable and a *few* major bugfixes made to produce a 692.1 or something. We want to be careful to avoid regressions but I would like to see the anon filter bug fixed, the ARK stuff fixed, and that's about all I know of but there may be more. I would also like to see the freesites listed on the front page pointed at sites that actually exist in the new network.
