I'm laughing :-). Check this out: you can say "I was framed!!!". Some jerk could haved connected to my node and requested music from all over Hash Space, and then sicked the RIAA on me (or maybe the RIAA just did it themselves). I might be able to argue in court that since the RIAA gets money for it, they could have framed me.
