as a personal suggestion, take a long breath and try to
 write and act as a "primus inter pares" and not as a
 dictator.

This is only a problem of missing information.

Such a kind od changes *MUST* widely announced
 *WELL BEFORE* they are done.

It is netiquette; it is mandatory !

Note that nobody discuss your and the other developers's
  right to do so, only the fact that evidently in the
 developer group, the mean consideration of the freenet
 people is near zero.

A single message in the mailing lists .... that's
 all that was omitted, but it is the sign of a big
 relatioship problem.

The fact that you and others try to justify this
 is another sign.

I'll stop my node/gateway and other Freenet related
 activities till one of the following facts will
 happen

1) freenet will work again as a publishing media

2) the core developers team will perceive
    that is not the only player in the Freenet world.
