Frost could be greatly enhanced by polling more slots e.g. polling outboxes. 
Freemail polls outboxes already. Frost as you say polls every 45 minutes, but 
there are often large numbers of boards. And a lot of traffic is caused by 
requesting over and over again files which are not readily available. Also 
some nice apps like pseudo-streaming would be a lot easier. So all in all I 
believe this would be a significant improvement.
