Yes, I recall you saying that ip addresses are cheap, I don't remember much 
more than that.

It is related, but distinct... my operating theory is that a service provider 
would be much more willing to assign you a block of ip addresses than either 
(1) a bunch of rules on their router, or (2) a bunch of distinct core 
connections.

Or said another way... "trunk lines are expensive"?
