I haven't deployed; I was hoping seed node operators would upgrade to it
and save the trouble of the entire network upgrading. I don't know of a
list of seed node operators.

I'm not certain there's a drop in the estimated network size around that
time; there may be. There's been a general downward trend for a while now.

Do you think it'd make sense to cherry-pick, or to release next as it is?
