This is partly uptime issues again: Leaving Freenet running is what we
want people to do, for routing purposes. And if they want to download
big files on slow connections, this is very useful for big downloads too.

Against any competent physical adversary being at home when they bust
the door in isn't going to save you unless you have complicated
expensive technical measures in place. They are quite capable of
freezing your RAM etc.
