If wouldn't indicate a DBR. I see what you're complaining about now, you
want to be able to have a DBR and not specify either the baseline or the
interval. Sorry that I didn't get that before.

I don't see much use for that. I'm happy with having to specify at least
one DBR-related field in order to specify that something is a DBR.

However, if this is something that people really want, then I'm also happy
with having a field which indicates that a URI is a dbr with default
baseline and increment which can be used instead of specifying these
values.

So you can say
freenet:SSK at asdf,dbr=yes/prefix//docname

You might prefer this format
freenet:SSK at asdf,dbr=prefix//docname, but other have seemed to prefer
not putting the prefix in the parameters, and that seems sensible to me.
