Well, that syntax actually also doesn't work because both base and incr
are optional ;')

Please don't overestimate the difficulty of parsing another delimiter :)

The nice thing about making the DBR define the docname right there is that
you can then leave out the docname and have a _short_ URI like:

    freenet:SSK at asdf,DBR=$$//
    freenet:SSK at asdf,DBR=$$//index.html
    freenet:SSK at asdf,DBR=$3600$//freecam.html
