Looks great,  a few issues:

Nodes are set to transient by default, and the setting is under the
advanced tab.  It is reasonable to assume that 99% of windows users will
probably never even look at this setting, let alone click on it.  We
need to force them to tell us whether the node should be transient or
not (explaining that leaving their node running is a good thing).

Also, the announcement option is meaningless if the node is transient,
it should probably be greyed out in this case.
