If not, we really need the ipAddress to be autodetected by the installer (possibly by running "ipconfig" and grabbing it out of the results - although there must be a better way), even the Linux installer autodetects the node's IP address now :-) Some debate on this please....

I would suggest that we make 24/7 the default. There reason is that the node won't announce unless it has been up for a while, and so if they only use it for a short amount of time, it won't do much harm. Additionally, 0.4 is very good at detecting and dealing with downed nodes.
