Keep in mind that keyed boards on frost (that used SSK and not KSK) were just
as
spammable as public after their keys were published. And there were numerous
proposals on how to make the problem go away almost completely (one was by
bback
who proposed to make writes to KSK space more expansive than reads, for
example), but for some reason the censorship (which is bad thing always,
especially when people know that they are right) has won.
