I’m proposing to handle point A/ : Implementing a form on XORG (work already started by Vincent and Caty) and creating an email thread to manage the XWiki onboarding. Here is what I’m proposing to do. Use the XWiki SAS Marketing Automation Tool, Marketo <http://www.marketo.com/>, to automate some email messages after an XWiki Download. According to our governance 2 kinds of messages can be pushed to the XWiki download form DB members: 1. community related emails 2. business related emails *This thread is about discussing the community-related emails.* I would like to send automated emails on behalf of the XWiki development team. This is why I’d like your agreement on the flow below: 1. Send an email right after the download: « Get started with XWiki » 2. Wait for a week and then send a « Get the most out of your XWiki » email 3.
