When you find out, can you get back to us all? :-)
The wisdom here seems to be that there is no way to really "trace" them
other than putting a sniffer on the wire, finding the link-layer address in
the request packets and shutting down some service to that link address
(like a filter in a gateway router or something) and wait for the hollering
to start. :-)
