Actually this is how I found out who is running RAS..
In the dhcpd.leases file, it will tell you the client-hostname. I then
took this name and looked at the other leases in the file and found the
the lease for an IP that had the same client-hostname. And since all the
hosts have to be registered on one of the servers, I looked up the MAC
in my database and presto found them and shut them down.
