Alright, so you won't find its IP or MAC addresses in the lease file.
But you have the name. This should already help in tracking it down.

Just plain old tcpdump, if I need it, which isn't very often.

The remote access devices do not even have a MAC address; that's
precisely why NT is making up those pseudo MAC addresses for them.
So what you'll see with a packet sniffer is an Ethernet frame with
the MAC address of the RAS server's Ethernet card as source and the
broadcast MAC address as the destination, and the payload will be a
DHCPDISCOVER packet presenting the 52:41:53:20 pseudo MAC address
the RAS server made up for the remote access device in question.

that others can pound on my mistakes, therefore I took the liberty
