I have made my patch available from
ftp://munnari.oz.au/pub/net/tchdump-dhcp-patch
The patch was made from a 3.4a5 source of tcpdump. It can take a little
imagination (or reading of the source) to map the abbreviated option labels
from the output into dhcp option names, but once you get used to them, they're
pretty easy to cope with (I find anyway).
