Here is an update I received from my partner who is working on this with
me. This I hope clarifies some things but raises some questions for you on
the dhcp-2.0b1pl6.i386.rpm for RH52. Hope you don't mind the forward.

I don't delete neither version nor copyright from the binary. It's just
don't
have one. This (dhcpd) one has copyright and version number:-
#dhcpd --help
Internet Software Consortium DHCPD $Name: V2-BETA-1-PATCHLEVEL-6 $
Copyright 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 The Internet Software Consortium.
All rights reserved.
Usage: dhcpd [-p <UDP port #>] [-d] [-f] [-cf config-file]
[-lf lease-file] [if0 [...ifN]]
dhcrelay --help yields nothing, The fact is ISC forgot about it :)

Yes, his is right about that. This is the lastest production version of
dhcrelay
(from RH52). - in the total package dhcp-2.0b1pl6.i386.rpm

Yes.
We'll try to upgrade to the latest one as he points it out. I will let you
know
as soon as I got hold of the source.
