There is no --help switch to any ISC dhcp command - this is something
Redhat added. In general, trusting Redhat to declare some version of
ISC software "production" is a mistake - you should always consult the
ISC and not Redhat for information about what version of the software
to run. I know the people at Redhat were trying to do the right thing
in including a copy of the ISC dhcp distribution, but they *really*
should have included in it a pointer to the original source, so that
people could upgrade. Sigh.
