Oh, no! -- we are using the old good 3c509/3c590 and ne2000 network cards,
this is pure ethernet without even 100mb cards and/or network switches etc.
I read docs about it and shure that I should not use ISC dhcpd for token ring
(and I doesn't have it...).

Yes, you may be right here -- I does not shure if it is a my problem (misconfigured
network, miscompiled dhcpd etc) or dhcpd problem -- I do not want to say "dhcpd is
bad" -- it is good product. I successefully build it and using it (with USE_SOCKS
#define), because of some troubles with Solaris's dhcpd. And I want to help to wrote
even better product (I do not say "dhcpd doesn't working for me, make it working",
I say "can you point me if such problems have been seen or how I can check where
problem can be -- I try to solve it and (probably) write a patch or correct
_my_ mistake") -- please excuse me for my bad English - I feel that I wrote not exactly
the same as I mean...
ISC Dhcpd is working now at my network (as I mentioned above) -- my server have only
one ethernet interface (and another is ppp one), so sockets is good enouth. But I'm
not with satisfaction because maybe dhcpd have bugs in dlpi code (maybe not!) and
I probaply can fix this...
