I did ask people to report problems they were having.   At this point
I'd say don't bother, though - if it works for you on Solaris x86,
with sockets or with DLPI, cool.   If not, it's not going to get
fixed until somebody at Sun takes an interest in debugging it, which I
would guess isn't very likely... :'(
