Hi Sven, Definitely there are problems wrt fonts right now. I am spendiong time to fix it. But before that i need one more favour from you. This time i went ahead checking only some examples without any font support. i.e only image related applns.
I tried some of my codes which simply opens window with a button widget, with a "key_press_event" calling gtk_main_quit(). When i tried this code, it works fine displaying the window with button widget, but with key press no event is getting trigerred. That apart, i even tried the "pixbuf-demo" appln from the "demos" directory of gtk+-directfb" also, which will also be in the hung state after running & doesn't take any key events. what could be the reason.
