Thank you Lloyd for your reply, I did the same (configure, make and make install with few configurations) for DirectFB package (i.e. the one that provides libdirectfb and libfusion). But what about XDirectFB? To build it, did you use Xorg or XFree? If Xorg, did you use the monolithic or the modular one?
