I and @dszidi are working on a new GNUstep website. Our discussions have
been mostly on Discord, but I can send you some screenshots of those
discussions if anyone needs them (I'd like to set up a system that would
mirror the discussions to a publicly accessible website, but I'm not
sure how to do that). I've made a developer portal based on GNOME's
developer portal, which you can see at
https://ethanc8.github.io/NewDocumentation-DeveloperPortal/introduction/overview/libraries.html.
Right now, I'm trying to catalogue all of the libraries and tools that
GNUstep has, so that developers can easily see at a glance how GNUstep
works.

One thing is for certain though, GNUstep needs to have a web presence that
caters to developers. It would make some sense to start there and figure the
rest out as part of the desktop issue.
Then go for it!
