See the Debian patch [1] to the helpviewer.app package.  Perhaps there
is a better way, though, and that's one of the reasons why I haven't
sent it to Riccardo yet.

It's not implemented yet; I think it's supposed to show a list of all
manuals installed (akin to info's dir file).
