Sorry I wasn't specific.
Internal: Doesn't work at all, empty HelpViewer window with no content.
GSHTML: Works but accents and basically all non-ASCII is broken (just
like without the declarations).
Sloppy: Seems to work perfectly and doesn't have the problem with
quotes or missing paragraphs.
