See the Debian patch [1] to the helpviewer.app package. Perhaps there
is a better way, though, and that's one of the reasons why I haven't
sent it to Riccardo yet.
It seems finally that writing the meta: <meta charset="utf-8" /> once
at the very begining of each xlp file is enough to avoid the issue.
Doing that, the workaround is lighter.
