What error message are you getting? The RRP only allows a one to one
matchup of IPs to nameserver hosts - if the IP is already taken by a
registered nameserver, you won't be able to create a new one based on said
IP.
You can view Transfers in Progress at http://resellers.opensrs.net - if
you're not a reseller, the RSP you initiated the transfer with can give
you a status update.
