Once the domain is transfered you can change names and maintain the same
IP.
Ensure both domains are in the same profile. Then login into the domain
that has the current nameserver host:
ns1.foo.com - login to foo.com
Then under the "create nameservers based on this domain" section, just
alter the hostname to be ns1.bar.com
The system takes care of the rest :)
As for transfers - the basic run down is, the Admin Contact gets (and
approves) the transfer request, OpenSRS Admins sanitize requests (to try
to prevent domain hijacking), then the "losing" Registrar gets notice.
They have up to 5 days to deny the transfer - if the 5 days expires (which
is usually the case) the domain is automagically approved.
If at any time the domain is cancelled or 'dis'approved, the requestor
gets notice with the appropriate error message.
Give it some time, it'll happen :)
