Gack.. I'm guessing that when I do a "bulk_transfer" request the domain will
not rejected. It will only get rejected AFTER the user approves the bulk
transfer and you actually submit a request through RRP, right?

Any conceptual error preventing me from manually checking myself with
whois.networksolutions.com to make sure the domain has been registered for more
than two months? (I understand this will only work for networksolutions.com
domain names, but the more bad ones I can weed out the better.)
