It means if you transfer X amount of domains, and ONE of them (or a few)
are under 60 days old, then only those domains that don't qualify are
cancelled - the rest of the domains in the batch will go through.
Once a batch is accepted by the end user (Admin Contact) and enters our
system they're all handled as individual transfers from then on. The
reason for this is there is no real inherent batch transfer capability
with RRP - just one transfer request at a time :)
