What does this mean? That if I try to transfer just a single domain it will
cause an error on transfer if the domain is less than 60 days old, but the
bulk_transfers function allows things to sneak by?

Right -- I was intending to right my own parser.. but only for Network
Solutions domain names, as I don't want to spend a lot of time on it. And I'm
guessing that for now most transfers are coming from Network Solutions. :-)
