I would object to this. ORBS is not a reliable source.  Anyone can go
and look up their history of listing servers that are not and have
never been open relays.  ORBS is a reactionary group who regularly
adds entries to the list to include servers of those who are at all
critical of them, or whom they just don't like this month.
