ICANN has registered all the single character domains that were not
previously registered.  But I see no reason for the registrar to enforce
that.  If someone tries to register one, it will come back as taken.

I see no reason for the code to enforce this.  Especially as there are
single letter domain names in the registry already.  This policy just
makes it so that they can't transfer their domain to an OpenSRS RSP.\

And since ICANN "enforces" their desire not to let people have single
character domains by keeping them registered to themselves via
Register.com, I see little reason for the code to have to enforce such
a policy.

Just my 2 cents.
